Issue with activation, support sucks.
Pros: GPS receiver fine and slick. Works fine with Treo if no phone call
Cons: Support sucks. Software has glitch with incoming phone.
But after I bought it, have problem with activation. Since Tom Tom only allows activation base on specific device, so web site won't allow you to activate it if it has already been activated before. Since I bought a returned copy from Fry's, and someone has already activated before. This cause issue with my activation. When write to customer support (no number to call) it has been 4 days now and I still haven't heard back from them. So finally decided to return the product. I don't understand the big deal with the software only, since treo has such a small screen, without the GPS receiver and voice direction, I wouldn't want to use it as a map device. Plus I could just download maps of where I want to go from mapquest without having to use up the 140 MB just for west coast states.
Also found out from Palm dealer that Tom Tom is working on the new version for Treo 650 since when using the software with incoming call, it doesn't return to where you left off after the call is done and you have to re-initialize it.

Good GPA app for Palm
Pros: Full screen capability w/T3 (via update). Clear maps, good voice direction, 3D view is good for looking onto the horizon.
Cons: Can't browse."pull" the map while driving a route. Need to switch maps outside of region (i.e. if your destination lies outside the map's region, you'll need to switch at the border).
