Pros: I thought it was easy to use.
Cons: I too had trouble with addresses. It tells me I live at the end of my street. I also was using it to look for properties for sale. I had one address that was on a Loop. It took me to the wrong end of the Loop.

Pros: Great product at a great price. Routes and maps are accurate, mapshare keeps them that way. Recalculate is fast; instructions are clear.
Cons: Unit locks up, and cannot find GPS. Not all the time, but definitely the days you need to count on it. 7 service calls and 2 RMAs in the first year.

"Ain't too bad. Well worth the low price."
Pros: Does well enough to navigate you to most locations. Great time - distance calculations. Better than a map any old day. POI (point of interest) is good enough for me.
Cons: I downloaded some of the voices and other interesting options, but this caused me great problems. I deleted these items and I'm good now. For anyone not interested in the RDS - TMS option, purchase the Tomtom One 125 and save yourself a few bucks.

"The best, and the easiest to use. awsome product."
Pros: Easy to use, really like the unit letting me know by speech where to turn, day and night screens different voices, excellent price, everyone should own this product.
Cons: Little better information in the owners manual, but you can go to the website if you have the internet. Other then that nothing else.

"This product was great, while it worked"
Pros: Easy to use, clear screen and voice directions.
Cons: It just kicked off one day (during a long trip to the Smoky Mts. Thank God we had an atlas) I've been unable to turn it on since. I've ensured it was charged, I've attempted the reset. Nothing works. I also had no luck with technical support.
