Cons: does not update without crashing system
Summary: New in the box, bring it home, has free lifetime map updates, the updates are too large to put on the tomtom because it does not have enough internal memory to put the new maps on, spent 2 hours on the phone with customer support, they had me deleted the entire memory of the tomtom and reinstall everything, it never worked right again, now it wont even turn on, what a piece of crap. How can you make a product that does not have enough internal memory to support the updates that come out.
