Cons: Terrible device, broke within several times of use.
Even worse customer service. They make you more and more angry every time you contact them. But don't worry, because most of the times you can not find them.
Summary: The reason I give one star is because I can not find zero!
GPS bought in August, with couple of times use. Not turned on in November, the 1st day of my two-week long trip!
Called TomTom more than 10 times to get a replacement, every time more than 30 min's wait to get someone to talk to me. Only get through 3 times. Finally got an old, second-handed refurbished one. TomTom only accept fedex and UPS, so I myself have to pay $20 to ship the GPS back.
Made several calls to get my name right, when they shipped the GPS to me, my name is still wrong.
By the way, you can email TomTom. They will respond with a same email, pages of ways to solve your problem. None of them is related to your request and none of them works!
