Pros: Know of none as I have not been able to turn the unit on.
Cons: the unit will not turn on. it freezes at the start up screen and does not get past the TomTom logo. It could be the update that is applied causing the problem..
Summary: The first unit was replaced after scanning and formatting the unit. Second unity arrived yesterday and has the same problems. I thought maybe the problem was that I was using Windsor XP, so I attempted to get the unit to work through a P/C with Windows 7. Still no luck... TomTom is sending me a 3rd unit. I can't take the unit back to the store as the seriel number is no longer the one on the sales invoice. Very Frustrated in Windsor.
