Pros: It could work ok out of the box. I tried it for an hour,
Cons: Maps and HOME software do not work well.
Summary: Spent an hour online with tech, downloaded the HOME software from their site and from the device. It attempts and update and then tells you there is a bug. The maps update then the devices says there are no maps present.
Tech support for Tomtom told me to return it, I have had it for 1 day. Many more reviews at costco's site similar to mine.
