We wouldn't necessarily recommend taking your iPhone 3G out on a rigorous workout, but if you must, be sure it's properly protected with the Belkin Sport Armband with FastFit. The armband is water resistant and can be hand washed. There's also a key pouch and belt clip. The Belkin Sport Armband with FastFit costs $29.99.
