Pros: * Waist Strap
* Chest Strap
* Pocket large enough to hold a Digital SLR.
* Just BARELY fits under airline seat and in the overheads on some of the smaller regional jets.
* Comfortable shoulder straps and good padding on the back.

Cons: * Outer pocket zips on the bottom, I do worry about losing things if I don't zip it up good.

Summary: Where to start with this bag. It has excellent laptop protection, and lots of room and pockets for papers, pens, etc. I often carry my SLR with a good size lens and I've taken it hiking in Hawaii. I'm a road warrior and have lugged this laptop back all across the country (50,000 miles +) and it's holding up very well. When I really get it loaded down, it does get very heavy, but the waist strap really helps relieve the weight on the shoulders.

I disagree with the cnet review, it is large, but I carry it for everyday use and love it, other than that, from my over 1 year experience with the bag, the review is spot on.
