"Beautiful designs; VERY disappointing customer service"

Pros: Very well-designed products. Beautiful color options. Obviously well-crafted with plenty of attention to details.

Cons: It is quite expensive. Customer service is non-existent. I emailed THREE TIMES to ask for color samples - nobody bothered to reply. VERY disappointing experience considering I was going to spend $400 for a laptop bag.

"A nice retro bag with a price and wait time to match."

Pros: Modern appeal with a retro look. Solid design and construction.

Cons: Shipping and production times. Orders are backordered as long as 60+ days. The product is pricey for what you get.
