Cons: Bought mine about a year ago... now past warranty and extremely tempermental. sometimes (and most times these days) it thinks the discs needs reformatting... i'm currently on the site shopping for a new cd-rw altogether.

"I have two of them both came with Nero JUNK!"
Pros: As to the unit it may work fine but since they arrived neither have worked with Nero or INCD one is on a win 98SE, the other on a winXP home machine. As to Pro..they may make good fish weights.
Cons: Neither have worked and get ref..from Yamaha to Nero Shuffle, neither or intrested in fixing there products, Past feed up just mark it off to Bad choices and listening to media Hype by dimwits who call themselves gurus..as to advice don't buy anything whi

"Great, No Problems (dont listen to the down-ers)"
Pros: Great, everything seems to be working fine for the 2nd year now! i think im going on to the 2y4m almost the 5th month now. No problems. I just figured out how to make it stop burning at 8x. Be sure to uncheck the "auto-detect cd write speed" it doesnt see
Cons: None, its worked like a charm and has gone through massive numbers of hdd formats and no drivers needed with XP!
