Has Some Bugs and Compatability Issues

I wanted to use this program to extract clips from (unencrypted) DVDs and convert them to DIVX format (which the software does OK). On my system the preview panel will not work for input DVDs or any video input video file except windows WMV, which makes it useless for me. Occasionally gives "Media not ready" messages for input DVDs (readable by all other software). It may have compatability problems with Nero, or Window XP MCE, but InterVideo keeps insisting my registered, bundled software, is not registered and not entitled to any kind of technical support, so I can't really say what the problem is...
