"crashes every time and zero support"
Pros: NONE, the software creates a money pit thereby keeps money flowing around the tech stores, while users buy new software.
Cons: system crases everytime I try to load clips and photos, support is less than zero. They tried to get me to upgrade to V12, but after reading reviews here I will buy something else. Thanks for the honest reviews.
