"A complete waste of money!"
Pros: I have always liked Pinncle products since Studio 200 unfortunately that has changed.
Cons: Basically studio 10 with few added features that don't work.
Summary: I upgraded from Studio 10 thinking I would receive better performance and new features. To unlock the features you enter a code included with the software. After entering the code I received a raft of error messages telling me the code was invalid or was authorized on another computer. Repeated contacts with Pinnacle tech support over a 5 day period proved to be a waste of time. I'm trying return the product but expect to get the same run-around. If you have Studio 10 don't think of upgrading!!!Updated
When I received the software for this product it lacked even the most basic user guide, not even an installation card. What is going on at Pinnacle?
