RCA's RP-8070 is a 5-disc carousel-style CD changer with dual 16-bit D/A (digital-to-analog) converters and 4x oversampling. An optical digital output increases your connectivity options. Plus, the RP-8070 is CD-R ready. The RP-8070 offers such standard playback functions as shuffle, repeat and 32-track program. Intro scan lets you preview and skip through tracks. Like most 5-disc carousels, this model lets you exchange four CDs while a fifth plays uninterrupted. The RP-8070 has a fluorescent display panel and a 0.25-inch headphone jack. It also comes with a full-function remote control.
