I'm very happy with this device. The ease of setup surprised me and the data transfer rates were reasonable considering the area isn't LTE (1.5-3 Mbps down and 1-1.5 Mbps up, as indicated by speedtest.net and its Android app). My Android phone icon indicates "H+", but the phone status indicates 3G speed; the device indicated "4G". For all the intense feelings about "faux-G", this device provides a WiFi network that meets my needs (light to moderate use with occasional streaming video). I recommend this device to anyone in the market for a mobile hot spot, especially to current AT&T customers who will gain faster data at a reduced cost!
