"Love it!!!!"
Pros: Outstanding voice recognition and speaker/mike quality, even for those who are soft spoken. Easier to use than anything else I've tried, even better than most built-ins. I am so impressed I bought one for all my family members.
Cons: I have nothing bad to say about the device! The newer versions work with more than one phone - which is the only thing I would change, and BlueAnt has already thought of it.
Summary: It's portable so you can take it with you when you travel or use an alternate car. It is lightweight and easy to use. It comes with two chargers, one for the car and a plug in for normal wall plugs. Quality of sound is exceptional and it doesn't need heavy skills to learn or configure.
The phonebook feature is great. I use it with a Blackberry Storm and it has better quality than the Jawbone or a number of other portable Bluetooth devices I've tried and it doesn't fall out of my ear or accidentally turn off when you go to turn upt he volume like some portable ear pieces.
I know whose calling so I can answer or ignore. I can use voice recognition features from my cell phone to call anyone. The road noise picked up is minimal and I've had zero complaints from anyone I've called - which is a nice change.
Since I also bought my daughter one, I can finally understand her over the phone!
Its also nice for older folks and those who are hearing challenged as the quality of sound is excellent.
