Cons: Unreal. No device and still getting charged!!
Summary: So they must set these things to work great for a month and then die after that. Had it for under six months, it could almost never handle streaming video (even with five bars) and then the unit died. Tech told me to bring it in to kiosk to get a replacement for free. The poor kiosk manager spent an hour and 45 minutes arguing with tech as they do not just hand out free replacements. $35 later I've no device and am STILL getting charged. Three week wait for a replacement?? Are they kidding? And they apparently "can't" stop charging me because it is automated?? HORRIBLE company, horrible device, horrible service. I see a class action suit in their future.
