"Very poor microphone performance."
Pros: One button operation. Good speaker clarity.
Cons: Microphone performed poorly. Everyone I called complained of excessive static. I heard it myself on voicemail messages I left. The uit is also fairly bulky. It does not fit well on a visor -- at least not if you plan to use the visor from time to time
