OK sound, terrible customer service

Pros: OK sound, cute neck cord

Cons: Ear-hook can fall off and spares not available

Review: My complaint is that there is a soft plastic earpiece that the user can remove and reverse to change ears. This is obviously a part than can fall off. This would be a minor flaw if replacements were easily available, but Motorola wants the whole product sent back so their expert service personnel can snap an new one on. At least 6 bucks in shipping for a 6 cent part. The stupidity and stubbornness of their customer service makes me think twice about buying any Motorola product again.

could be better

Pros: works with any type of bluetooth phone

Cons: too much static

Review: the price of the product should of been 40 bucks not for what 98bucks the sell it for

Not a superstar, but does the job. Others give praise.

Pros: Cool power "on-off" boom! Easy-to-use, lightweight, and great accessories.

Cons: Limited volume output, hard-to-find volume switches, ear piece not as snug as I'd prefer, but secure.

Review: I'm still shopping . . . Have tried the Cardo scala-500, this Motorola HS810, and now moving onto the Jabra FreeSpeak 250. The HS810 would not "Auto-connect" when I hit the dial button on my Treo 650, there was a constant background "hiss," the volume would not increase to as loud as I prefer, and the earpiece was not securing snugly to my big ears, though it never fell off. A bit pricey for not being a superstar.

Not compatible with all BT phones

Pros: Works great if you have a Moto phone

Cons: Callers on other end complain I sound muffled and they hear their own echo when paired with a LG PM325 (Sprint).

Slick looking and functional

Pros: Makes you look like some techno hipster who belongs on startrek. Great all-around wireless headset.

Cons: Makes you look like some techno hipster who belongs on startrek. Boom mic doesn't always pick up sound clearly. Rubber ear piece is flimsy. You will be cupping your hand around the headset often so people can hear you on the other end.

Good but could be better!

Pros: Nice fit, easy to use. Pairs easily. Looks cool and you forget it's on your ear after a few minutes.

Cons: Volume is low on some calls and the back gound noise is too much. I had issues with my RIM and my connection "pulsating". Needs muting...

Shooting Star

Pros: It works great, much better than corded headset which I never used. I am a road warrior, and used it a lot in the car. Battery life is excellent, call quality great.

Cons: Don't drop it, or its dead. I was more careful with the headset than with a dozen eggs but it didn't help. Dropped it at work on hallway carpet and it was dead. Only had it 90 days. ATTWS will replace, but they make me pay for another one and return t

Good outer design, poor audio

Pros: Folds up nicely, lightweight, easily pairs, easily charges, carrying pouch is handy.

Cons: I got this free with my Motorola V600 and was disappointed with the audio which is crackly, intermittent and not loud enough. Oh well, guess you get what you pay for. I tried the EPOX HS02 and was totally disappointed. After trying several others, I am i

Nice form factor

Pros: Speaker rests against the ear rather than a plug: much more comfortable. Battery life is good.

Cons: Rubber around ear piece is flimsy. If volume turned up too much, caller on other end complains about their voice echoing back to them.

Sync'd up but bad fit&sound

Pros: small, sync'd up fine with my audiovox SMT5600. Good battery life

Cons: Doesn't fit securely, mic gets buried in my cheek. Sound quality is so-so for a 99 dollar headset

useful and simple

Pros: easy to use, lightweight and you just forget it's there, good battery life. spending a lot of time in a car it's great to have no cord like the traditional personal hands-free, and as a car kit is not an option for me I think it's great. I can still pract

Nice Headset

Pros: Good sound, easy to use. I enjoy using the head set and make more calls than I would using a non-bluetooth headset.

Cons: Hooking the headset over the ear still takes some getting used to.
