"Don't waste your time or money!"
Pros: Good sound quality, portable
Cons: Voice tag training a nightmare, cheap control buttons
Summary: I purchased the EasyDrive as an alternative to my Jabra BT500 headset. After buying my TREO 650, I really wasn't sure if I wanted a headset or a hands free car kit, so I decided to try both. I spent a lot of time reading both the CNET editor opinion and user opions as well as comparing it to similar products.
From the get go, it gave me nothing but trouble. The menu was confusing and the voice tag training process was a nightmare. When recording the tags, the program constantly asked me to repeat my answers, to the point where I literally screamed into the mic, with no results. I tried using it a second time as a hands free device without using the voice command function. I found the control buttons to be cheaply made and you had to push down very hard to get them to work.
I don't know if I got a lemon, but after being so frustrated after two tries, I returned the product. I am very technically savvy and feel that this product did not live up to the CNET review.

Everything has a learning curve. Mine works perfectly with a Treo 650. I was a little aprehensive at first but after the initial configuration everything worked perfectly.
My only comment is that it should have more space for contacts and instructions on how to reset the equipment back to original configuration. -
Most of the people who report handsfree and/or headset problems have the Treo 650. I think that's the problem and discount ratings from those folks. (Just an observation)
