Summary: Why buy this if your gps is not working on your phone. Wait till the gps update comes out and test that it works good then consider buying this.

My Vibrant GPS works better than any smart phone or dedicated GPS I have ever used! BB, Tour, Curve, Storm 1 and 2, Iphone 3g and 3gs, G1 etc etc. I feel bad for the people that dont have working phones but I sell these and every one I have ever sold has a perfect GPS here in Canada!

I have an Epic 4G and my GPS works fine. Maybe it's your specific device or carrier and not the entire Galaxy S line that's the issue.
