Pros: This device really does redefine the home phone. So many times I have wanted to check the weather or movie time and have to fire up the ole laptop....not anymore. This little guy sits and waits for your greedy little fingers and doesn't disappoint!

Cons: As this is eye candy, everyone has to put their hands on it. I really wish there were privacy features like a login that would prevent unauthorized access. For us apartment dwellers, this would be a peace of mind.

Summary: While the hardware is a little pricey, and the plan is about $10 more than your typical Vonage package, you need to member all the additional things you're getting. A digital photo frame, track your kids, weather, movies, Vcast video, Internet Radio, Txt/Pix messaging...the list goes on. The device is elegant and sports a beautiful display, rich in color and clarity. The touch panel is very responsive either with the included stylus or your finger. I am hoping Verizon continues support by way of offering software updates....we shall see. For anyone looking for VoIP....you can't beat the value....and best yet....it's Verizon.
