    "It works well, but has a lot of limitations"

    Pros: It increases your Cell reception enough to make calls where you could not before.

    Cons: It does not boost the reception enough. It also has a very limited range, and going from floor to floor in a house dramatically reduces signal.

    Summary: Instructions are limited, however it is fairly self explanitory. Standing next to the device I now have full bars where before I had one. However 10 feet from the device the bars start dropping, and if you go to a different floor within the same house you lose 30-40% of the signal strength. However it does work so i would recommend it.
