"Best service I have experienced."
Pros: Great coverage, friendly customer support, My Circle, broad range of quality phones.
Cons: No sim card available because of the way they program the phones.
Summary: I am an Alltel and T-Mobile dealer and live in an area where they both work comparably and with similar coverage. Even though this is so I sell at least 4X more Alltel than T-Mobile and I am an Alltel customer. I as a dealer enjoy the repair process better with Alltel and the dealer support as well. I have been pleased with Alltel's CDMA coverage and Roaming options. Out of the different networks I believe after being an authorized dealer for 10 months that they have a very nice set up of available phone options easily compareable to the other top carriers. I have very little to complain about with Alltel.
