"QWERTY and Touch Screen = Win"
Pros: I like the form factor and the fact that it has such a decent sized screen with good resolution to boot. Many features but yet easy to use.
Cons: What others may have mentioned, phone jack (remedied by Blue Tooth), and data transfers via blue tooth. But everything has a work around (email, etc. for files to share) so not too big of a deal.
Summary: If you read the instructions on anything you have problems with for this phone and the answer is not there, it's pretty easy to find the answer on-line. At least for me it was.
The screen's sensitivity is not a big deal either. Once I got the hang of it, I wasn't having any problems whatsoever.
This phone is the best of both worlds for me. I like the interface of my iPod Touch, but I knew that I could not type on it so the iPhone was not an option for me. I like QWERTY keypads, but when they are exposed in the open, they can get easily damaged or excessive wear on the keys. This is a slider so that helps prevent alot of the keypad issues.
This is probably the most bang for the buck phone you can get. Anything else that costs more (Samsungs and LG's) cost you a premium and the difference is not that great for what you pay for.
Alot of AT&T features are present and ready to use, ala carrier phone. So you won't be missing anything when you upgrade.
This is a happy medium phone. It's not too basic, but it's not a full fledged Smart Phone either.
It doesn't disappoint and like I said, it is probably the best 'bang for the buck' phone you can get right now.
