Pros: The touch screen has good resolution and seems like it will hold up. The slide out keyboard is a great feature if you text a lot. I'm not a huge texter but appreciate the keyboard in other ways. Also simple interface, full web/emaill/aim capabilities

Cons: Not a great phone for heavey internet users. The touchscreen/browser combo is awkward. As someone who uses the internet regulary to check sport scores, email, news, weather etc it's a dissapointment. Limited custumization of settings cartoonish icons

Summary: I'm undecided if i'm going to keep it. Internet use is subpar and i do question the overall quality of the phone and if it will last 2 years. The touchscreen seems reliable but the bottom shell is made of fairly cheap plastic. Still with care i doubt there would be trouble. Overall it's a phone that will get most things done well and without headaches. Still it could use a lil more substance to back up the style.
