The Bottom Line Though it's missing some connectivity features, the EV-DO-equipped Audiovox CDM-8940 packs a solid multimedia punch. For users that want an affordable camera phone with a fair amount of high-end features such as voice dialing and a speakerphone, the CDM-8910 fits the bill. The Verizon Wireless CDM8975 is a decent push-to-talk phone with good midtier features. Though it doesn't look like much, the Verizon Wireless CDM8950's multimedia features and free price tag provide unbeatable bang for the buck. The Samsung Alias 2 is an inventive update to Samsung's previous messaging phone. Provided you can afford it, and learn how to use it, it's a powerful messaging device with reliable performance.
