Reviewed on 12/3/04    Quick Take: The Audiovox CDM-9900 for Verizon Wireless is similar to the Sprint VM5050 (Audiovox CDM-9950) for Sprint PCS. The CDM-9900 shares the VM4050's likable camera features, but the Verizon handset supports BREW instead of Java (J2ME) and has slightly different navigation controls. The mobile is fairly priced at $219, but you should be able to find it for less with a service plan. According to the FCC, the CDM-9900 has a digital SAR rating of 0.85 watts per kilogram.
