"Great phone, AWESOME CAMERA, Great features!" on by spocheld
Pros: great camera, good battery life, customizable external and internal lcd display, very detailed internal lcd dislay
Cons: fair quality speakerphone, signal reception not as good as motorola or lg
Summary: I absolutely love this phone, I actually switched from the Motorola V710 to this phone belive it or not. I was so throughly disgusted with the camera on the V710 that I had to change. This phone takes the best pictures on any phone that I have ever seen! It has decent storage space for pictures, just make sure that you set the phone to medium picture quality, you cannot tell the difference when viewing them on the phone. I would recommend this phone to anyone that wants a good phone with good features and takes GREAT pictures. The ONLY thing that has minorly dissapointed me is the speakerphone with is not spectacular, you have to turn the volume down one setting so that it does not distort the sound.

"Really good phone, but..." on
Pros: Screen, sound, reception, solid feel.
Cons: You need to pay Verizon $.25 cents per picture to e-mail to yourself. I think this is a ripoff. They could have designed this phone to use a data cable to connector to your PC for downloads. Or maybe bluetooth or infrared. I like Verizon's signal in Los A

"started off great but went downhill" on by termite
Pros: Nice camera. Mobile web is a great addition when reception is on. Address book is very convienent and easy to program
Cons: Poor reception and getting worse. Lose calls frequently. Scratchy calls. Changes signal strength when still even in areas that are saturated.
Summary: To start the phone was amazing. But now reception issues are totally overriding any advantages. My husbands cheap motorola 120e gets better reception than the 9900; so does my mother-in-law's pay as you go phone. Verizon says the phone is programmed correctly. Its all very frustrating.
