"Boost: Nice Unlimited Plan but Poor Service"
Pros: Nice array of wireless phones and good unlimited pricing plan.
Cons: Technical service disruptions are the # 1 issue. Voice and data don't always work. Web speed is slower than sin if you want to check the web. Reaching Customer Service takes an act-of-god.
Summary: Boost has a defunct customer service department. Boost, like Sprint just appears to not get-it. I'm switching back to my reliable carrier. Costs more but cheap isnt always the best value.

Love your "act-of-god" comment! :) Have you tried MetroPC. I'm wondering how they compare. I might try out both, since there's no contract and see how they compare.
