"Old Phone but Good Phone" on by GoingPlaces2
Pros: Easy to use, reliable phone, great battery, very inexpensive service (free incoming), two phone numbers, worked great all over Europe (9 countries visited in all)>
Cons: Call back service.
Summary: I actually like the fact that the phone is very basic as I did not want to spend my vacation figuring out a new cell phone. Plus, the only thing I need is to make and receive calls. If I want to take a picture, a cell phone is not going to compete anyway with my 12 mp semi-professional camera. The bottom line is that the phone/service did want I wanted it to do - make and receive cell phone calls overseas for much less than my T-Mobile service. I took advantage of the US number by forwarding my regular cell phone number to my new National Geographic service and , instead of paying $1.29 for roaming, I paid $0.25. Furthermore, I had my wife and kids call my UK number using a calling card and it literally cost about $0.15 per minute. I give Cellular Abroad a 5 star review.

Summary: I will not use them again.

"These phones and service were AWFUL" on by MZeeV
Pros: They shipped on time and they sure did bill on time.
Cons: Had to replenish minutes 2 times for each of 3 phone - totaling over a hundred dollars each. Over 16 days I'd say we connected successfully to each other < 10 times. These phones sucked! Not only were they extremely old technology that was difficu
Summary: Don't get these phones...

"Zero customer support." on by sdane
Pros: Phone worked sometimes.
Cons: I wanted a billing summary of minutes used, text usage, data, etc. Not part of regular billing. Nothing mentioned in website. Several email inquiries generated "will respond within a few days" messages -- and then never received any response. Calls to 800
Summary: Worst cell phone customer service I've ever had. Actually there was NO customer service at all. I'll never use or recommend this service.
