"Service poor, phones are not user friendly"1.0 starson by goldenCindy
Pros: No contract.
Cons: The keyboard phone is not user friendly AT ALL. There is no "unlimited" service no matter how much you pay.
Summary: I used to use Verizon and was looking to reduce costs when I changed. Biggest mistake of my life! I hate this service and I hate the phone. It piggybacks AT&T, and so I do not get service at times in my area (NC). Since this is my only phone, it is not a good thing. The phone itself is a bottom-of-the-barrel keyboard type phone, and is so complicated to use, it fries my brain every time. So many "moves", just to text a simple message, and this is WITH a keyboard. The browser is like from the 80s, and the ringer is so quiet on high volume, I miss most calls. The plan is not unlimited, so if you go over, even paying for the most expensive deal, you are still going to "get" it.
This phone service is for people who do not text and live in a flat area where AT&T works well, and also do not make too many calls...maybe in addition to a landline, a "second" phone for emergencies. Other than that, DON'T DO IT.
