"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THE WORST!"
Pros: predictable bill. Unlimited everything. cheap flash service so you can choose almost any phone you like.Expanding service areas. no roaming charges in any state they offer the service.
Cons: The worst customer service I've ever encountered, specially over the phone. Service gets cut off immediately the day after payment is due. One tiny change in plan service and I pay $15 for each plus the monthly service.

"Cricket Wireless Excellent Value-Service"
Pros: Unlike AT&T, Cricket Wireless had no dropped calls or busy signals throughout Austin. Coverage is excellent, even in downtown buildings.
Cons: Cricket text messaging became slow between 4-6 pm on weekdays but Cricket says they're expanding data services in Austin market. Text messaging was delayed 30-60 seconds at times.
