Pros: A good thing about the phone is the keyboard,very nice and easy to text,this is the perfect phone for those who dont talk as often as they text,camera is not too bad,self timer,special effects like negative effect,mirror effect among others.
Cons: This phone lacks to many must have features,no USB,no memory card slot,no video/camcorder feature,no music player,no bluetooth but even worse almost no INTERNET,the web feature sucks!!!like badly!!!
Summary: Think of the blackberry as a big juicy burger with all your favorite toppings!im sure among those must be some kind of sauce/condiment like ketchup,cheese and some veggies...now the cricket msgm8 is a good burger but with almost no toppings.just the bread and beef,its basically good to kill hunger but you wont make a meal out of it,this is a good phone if you text but ONLY if you just text,if you enjoy recording videos of your kids playing hide and seek or browsing the internet on a long bus/train ride then this phone is not for you,camera is decent enough but the big issue is that there is no USB capability meaning that if you take 1000 photos (and most likely you will) you cant just download all to your computer like with most phones,you will literally have to send them 1 by 1 on multimedia messages to your email and i say 1 by 1 because thats another flaw that you cant send more then a 2 page long text/multimedia message,in fact it should only be one page with one pic,2 pics means the message will be marked as sent but it may not have actually been received,also when you go view images on the phone you cant see them in full detail mostly because the image title is always so big that it will block part of the image,like take a full body pic,chances are you will not see your face because the title of the photo will be in the way and this is an issue because there is no option that allows you to get rid of the titles not even in the photo viewer screen...overall this is an ok phone if you just want a keyboard on your phone but remember this is not the answer to the blackberry.

Pros: This phone is the first querty keyboard ive had. And ive got to say its the best phone ive ever used. The keyboard is amazing. I got this phone for about 70 dollors from a Christmas deal. I love this phone, I dont to ever switch.
Cons: I dont like how when you send a message sometimes it says network problem send it again yes or no. No matter what the message sends so it doesnt really matter.But if you press yes it will send like a million times.
Summary: This phone is the best phone ive ever had. I think its the best phone there is from cricket.

Pros: Not a bad phone for the five whole weeks it worked.
Cons: Broke after five weeks- Cricket will not honor the warranty.
Summary: Five weeks after buying this for my son, when you turn try to turn it on, it vibrates and stays on the Cricket logo- never boots up to the main menu. Repeats doing this until you unplug the battery. It is now a worthless paperweight. Went over to Cricket today and after waiting in line for an hour, they say that although there's a one year warranty, the warranty is voided because there's some scratches on the case. Wow, scratches on plastic- who woulda thought? What a POS this phone and Cricket are- I will never even remotely consider them again for anything.

Pros: i like that the phone was cheap. good message sending and picture message. incoming and outgoing calls. internet. keyboard is awesome.
Cons: Reception is not so good, i had this phone for almost a year and now the phone is turning off constantly during phone calls or text messaging. no bluetooth no video picture quality not so good.

Pros: Pros: has a pretty good keyboard, very user friendly and easy to navigate
Cons: Cons: this phone does not have video. Also, forget about connecting your phone via blue tooth on your computer...it ain't having that either. If you have a wireless ear piece, pray to bluetooth gods that this phone will take/recognize it at all!
Summary: I just don't like this phone because it doesn't do the things that are important to me. Its a great phone for someone just starting out with the whole cell phone experience like a little kid or your grandmother, but for the rest of us...not a good choice.
