Cons: the TXTM8 is always freezing.
the battery life is short.Summary: my Cricket TXTM8 phone is always freezing up and i can't get it to work unless i take the battery out and put it back in again. also, the battery is dead and won't hold a charge even when it says, "charge completed". i've had this phone for a few months now and it's been really frustrating to work with. i do not suggest that anyone buys this phone unless you don't mind paying for something that's pretty to look at, but difficult to use.

Pros: Very sturdy. I've dropped it alot, and it still stays in tact. Battery life is good, phone locks when slid shut. The little thing on the side that gives you news, weather horoscope, etc; is very helpful...
Cons: The keys are too small, sometimes it freezes, it should have a 3.5 mm headphone jack instead of a 2.5 mm, its hard to unlock without sliding it open. The web browser is slow and out of date, it doesen't have enough memory.
Summary: The phone is good in general, compared to the other 5 cricket phones Ive had in two years, it won't break, not even if you try, the two things that really bother me about this phone is the size of the headphone jack, and how it doesn't have good memory. Even with the 4GB micro SD card inserted, I still have to delete a ringtone or a picture, or something else multimedia to take a new picture or get a ringtone, or to even update the little news ticker. Something that definately could have been done better would have been the memory....

Pros: it has a lot of good features
Cons: this is the worst phone ever. about 2 months after i got it, it broke. it wouldnt work unless it was pluged in and then it just kept cutting off. the cricket store was no help at all and wouldnt even give me a new one or my money back

Cons: This phone is a bad phone the phone freezes up all the time. Turns off by its self all the time. Half the time i don't get phone calls voice mail text messages till days later.
Summary: I just think this is the worst phone i have ever had
