Pros: the phone looks nice.
Cons: the TXTM8 is always freezing.
the battery life is short.Summary: my Cricket TXTM8 phone is always freezing up and i can't get it to work unless i take the battery out and put it back in again. also, the battery is dead and won't hold a charge even when it says, "charge completed". i've had this phone for a few months now and it's been really frustrating to work with. i do not suggest that anyone buys this phone unless you don't mind paying for something that's pretty to look at, but difficult to use.

There must be something wrong with your phone. My Cricket TXTM8 freezes, but maybe once a week. But my battery life is excellent, I get a full day of use out of it with calling, txting and playing full mp3s through my blutooth.
