"This is a great idea"
Pros: It was composed with the right features for parents with tweens
Cons: No Voicemail access
Summary: Just in case your tween is unavailable, you might need to leave some instructions on voicemail. A pre-programmed one-button access should be available for them to check voicemail.

Special needs children and the elderly will greatly benefit from this. Text message, voice mail, or anything similar is too difficult for them. We look at it as a safety measure for our special need child.
Yep, a GREAT idea! -
No child in his right mind would want to get this phone. If any kid got this phone and brought it to school, they would come home crying telling their parents they suck becaus they couldn't get them a real phone.

Yep, it's a great phone full of features that's good for the parent. But ask your kid if he wants that kind of phone, and I'm 100% sure he/she'll say no. The phone design and features should have a balance between what parent's want and what kids also want. If your kid sees it as something that you'll just use to monitor his/her movements, he'll "conveniently" forget it or worse, lose it in purpose.

Would also like the phone to have voicemail or something that would record messages.
