Summary: Pay NO attention to Cnet's review, this phone is the best I have EVER owned. It is an incredible technological wonder! The screen is GORGEOUS, it's solidly built, easy to operate, the menu system is ingenious so it's easy to get where you want to go. The Hero has a built in 2 megapixel camera, make sure you have the phone CLOSED or otherwise you won't even know you can have resolutions up to 2 megapixels. With the phone open you will only see up to 320. Same thing with the video camera, you must have it closed to see the VGA resolution of 640x480 and the higher resolutions naturally make a big difference in picture quality. Excellent pictures and the videos I took were very good quality! The sound from the two speakers is very loud. The Hero has a 3d microprocessor to make games run smoother/faster which is something the Kickflip doesn't have. The included games on The Hero are incredible, The lost sister is a RPG game with a 3d engine, I was shocked to see this type of graphics on a cell phone. The pool game's graphics were very good as well!
The service area for me is terrific with me getting 3G at home. Streaming video is fast and web browsing is speedy too most of the time. As of Nov 1 2006, Helio seems to piped their wap site through google so MOST websites can be visited directly through helio's browser! No more going through the google workaround! Facebook worked, hotmail I went to and other sites work now. Hopefully this won't be reversed and would bring in more customers if they knew their web browsing wouldn't be restricted.
The Hero is loaded with 70 mb of memory which is pretty big compared to other phones internal memories. It comes with a screen cleaner (I haven't even taken the plastic off the screen only the camera plastic thingie), USB cord, headphone adaptor cord, Headset/headphones, cdrom with the application to put your own media on the Hero/sync up mail contacts etc. BUY THIS PHONE! -

Cons: software is a pain. lack of bluetooth. lackluster sound from media player.
Summary: I have had this phone for a month. First off, I love the display. Large vibrant colors. Very nice to surf the internet with. The stero speakers are better than anything else I have heard for a phone. My biggest disappoint by far is the software you must download to place music on the phone. Hopefully after some tweaking, Helio will improve the way to transfer files. And lack of bluetooth for the price did bother me. Will be patient as this is a new company.

Summary: I got mine last month. AOL IM and Yahoo IM is available for the Hero and is music video downloads. So far, the best phone I've had. But then again, this isn't a phone!

Cons: No bluetooth, very big, doesn't come with T-Flash card
Summary: If you are korean and looking for a phone that can text korean, you should probably get this phone.. its better than sky phones..
