The Bottom Line	The Helio Ocean is a great beginner smart phone, with a fantastic array of multimedia features and Internet capabilities that are sure to please both consumers and mobile professionals.	If you can get over its size, the Helio Ocean 2 is a great feature-rich handheld with enough Web-friendly goodies to please both tech-savvy hipsters and mobile professionals.	Despite some design issues and a couple of missing features, the Motorola Droid is the most powerful and fastest Google Android device to date. It fully embraces the openness of the Android platform and offers Verizon customers a smartphone that certainly rivals the other touch-screen devices on the market.	The LG Rumor2 is a great option for a messaging phone, but LG missed the opportunity to make it both new and improved.	The Kyocera X-tc brings a fresh update to Virgin Mobile's line of basic messaging cell phones, but there are some minor design and navigation issues.
