Pros compact phone.
easy to read and use

Cons replacement batteries not available

Summary I purchased this phone 2 years ago.
I keep it turned off, its an emergency phone.
The battery no longer holds a charge.
I finally reached he company today and was told they don't
sell batteries and that I should purchase a new phone!!
WHAT?
Checked Radio Shack and the internet and could not find the right battery.
I am still stunned,
Their phone number is on their web page if you don't believe me.

The SnapFon phone looks just like the Just5, their web page shows 3 different batteries ($16.00 shipping)
My phone needs Model A, only found Model B/C available though
and was told they are not compatible with my phone
