"Great Service and Outstanding Customer Service"
Pros: I love everything about this service! It was super easy to get started. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced and I love the way I can manage everything about how my daughter uses her phone & it's affordable and worry-free.
Cons: The only con I can think of is that I didn't buy her a Kajeet phone sooner.

"The service plan is setup for kids."
Pros: It could be an affordable solution to providing cell phone to Tweens if they did not keep causing overdrafts on my checking account.
Cons: They have been double billing my checking account from the day I activated my daughters phone. This has been causing overdrafts in my bank. I have spent much of my time trying to fix this problem but it keeps occurring.

"My kid is learning about cost of living."
Pros: I love the control I have over who can call my young kid, who he can call, and when. Web site make is super easy. I also love the separate "wallet" concept. Now he is learning what it costs to have a cellphone while I still pay for some calls.
Cons: Tech support is M-F. Good luck if you need help on the weekend.
