"GPS Does not work, Poor CUstomer Service"
Pros: Its a cell phone
Cons: GPS doesn't worked as claimed
Summary: We purchased phone over a week ago. GPS has never worked. I have called the company about 8 times. The customer service rep takes info and says someone will get back with you within 24 hours. Guess what, they still haven't. Friends also purchased phone when we did. Their GPS doesn't work either.

I have the exact same issue with the GPS "service." The phone is on, has service to make and receive calls and yet the GPS locator consistently returns "Sorry! We can't find your phone." Utterly worthless feature in my experience.
