Summary: I have had 3 when I GOT A FAMILY PLAN AT ALLTEL RETURN RETURN RETURN ALLTEL WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT IT THEY MUST HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE PHONE.
IF YOU BUY THIS PHONE KEEP A COUPLE OF QUARTERS IN YOU POCKET AND REMEMBER ME. -

Cons: Shuts down, flimsy
Summary: I think this may be hands down the worst phone in history. I have no idea why they haven't recalled this thing. It turns itself off at the slightest jostle, and I mean SLIGHTEST. Even flipping the phone closed or putting it down causes it to shut off. Sometimes it even shuts off in the middle of phone conversations and I'm just switching hands. By the way I treat all my electronics like gold, so there is no problem with it being abused. My Alltel provider has now sent my THIRD phone. The last one I had lasted one entire month...now that's quality.

Cons: awkware weight, camera, battery, software, freezing up, resetting its self
Summary: This phone can take a betting, feel out of pocket and step on it(200 lbs), been thrown at walls and kicked and still works.
The camera looks awful (pixalated), it will randomly reset its self during calls, vibration works half the time, earpeace in phone is cheaply made, display looks awful, if you have it shut you can still dial number if you press hard on it enough.
This was before it became an item of abuse. Like someone said before me, I stuck with the phone right now but when the time comes i will be buying a new one. -

Cons: Terrible battery life, Crappy camera, Messed up functions, Flimsy, Horrible connection, Looks cheap, It's existance...
Summary: I guess there's a reason why I found this phone at a corner store, this phone ******************!!! Its like this phone was made to **** people off. The battery life is so terrible, if you charged it that morning, one ten minute call will completely drain the battery. It also has a mind of it's own; every time you flip it open or closed, charging it or finishing a call, it turns off and on. Sometimes you're unable to turn on the vibration function (this has happened to three of the exact same model phones I've owned) and when its on it doesn't always work. Though many cameras on phones are never good, the one on this phone is appalling; even at close range the pic is pixelated (and the flash drains the battery easy). And it's so flimsy that the top part of the phone is beginning to crack and break off, just from me using my thumb to flip it open! This phone is so unwanted that no one at my high school even wanted to try and steal it ( I actually lost it at school and someone found me at home to give it back). About the only thing this phone is useful for is target practice with my BB gun! And by the way...I'm using metal BBs!

Pros: It will make a nice toy phone for the kids.
Cons: Doesn't hold a charge through one day. Calls and voice mail alerts don't come through all the time. Camera takes blurs and shadows. Earpiece sound and ring tones are of a very low volume. Speaker phone is a joke.
Summary: I am not really hard to please. Simple is fine. Second-hand is fine. Even a glitch here and there is OK, but marketing something like this as a phone and selling it for actually money is dishonest, shabby, and shameful.
