"VERY DEFECTIVE product; unable to receive calls"

Cons: I had TWO of these Jax handsets. The first one stopped receiving calls after 2 weeks. I could make calls but when I received calls, no one could hear me. I returned it and got a replacement. The second phone also had the SAME problem! Unbelievable!
Summary: This product is completely useless to receive phone calls and since that is half the job of a basic phone (the other half being to make calls), I would not recommend this product at all.
