"The WORST phone EVER!!!!"
Pros: There are no pros!
Cons: FREEZES OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN, the call quality is bad and when you finally get acces to their amp live conted it crashes. Ampd mobile is also not helpful at all.
Summary: Do not get this phone if you are planning to receive calls at all times. The phone freezes by itself and you will not be aware of it until you pick it up to make a call. To unfreeze it you need to remove the battery and turn it on. As per AMPD's costumer service (which seems to have high volume callers at all times and has unreliable personnel) there is a software upgrade to solve this but after installing it my phone still froze again and again. I cancelled my contract on November 27th (after using the phone for 12 days) and I am still waiting for them to send me a return label for the phone, I called them 2 weeks ago and they wanted to charge me 150 dollars for canceling after the 30 days when i had cancelled with them way before the 30 day period i was just calling to follow up on the label and was surprised to find out that they didnā??t cancel the phone. Today is January 4th 07 and I am still waiting for the return label and for them to bill me for the 12 days I used the unit.
If you are looking for a good phone I recommend the Hero by Helio. I got it to replace the jet.

i agree with you, this phone does suck. im thinking about upgrading to the razr because i am passed my 30-days. what is the software upgrade that you were talking about??
