"bad sound quality" on by nadrojilge
Pros: very small and has good features
Cons: bad sound quality
Summary: I thought I was getting a sweet phone with everything that I needed--camera, voice memos, and small for the great price of $30, however, this is not a good phone. On some cites, they say this phone has good sound quality... I don't know who wrote that, but it's way wrong. The sounds quality is very poor. I immediately noticed the bad quality on my first call before they even picked up. It sounds like this phone is very old or like the person you're talking to is in a box or something. If you want a super-cheap priced phone, this is ok... but i think the sound quality is not bearable. I'm going to try to return this phone if I can. If you plan on returning it, or have already ordered it, make sure you keep the fedex box it comes in to return the phone, especially since the fedex box has some sticker thing you'll need. Good luck. Hope that helps. I think I may personally get another more expensive phone because I couldn't stand the bad sound quality.

"Loving it: simple, easy to use, survives anything!" on by DozMoz
Pros: Easy to use, has fallen off 2 storeys and been dumped in a swimming pool and works perfectly just as it has ever since I bought it.
Cons: When you "Save" a contact, it tends to lag while it saves and does not do it constantly.
Summary: I love this phone... I've had many others, including some of the newer fancy ones but found they tend to break easily. If all you use your phone for is to talk to friends and sms, then this is perfect for you... It has lasted me a long time and has suffered many drops and floods, and it works as it did the same day I bought it.
As I said, if all you are looking is for a way to stay in touch with people, then this is it... It isn't fancy, it doesnt have many features, but it keeps you connected. -
"Avoid at all cost" on by rsvoss19
Pros: Unique, minimalist look
Cons: Most functions are faulty
Summary: 1. Text messaging. Randomly changes the delay, so often you will try to type an "s," for example, by depressing the "7" key four times, and it will give you "pr," "qq," or "rp." It does this a lot, with all keys.
2. Contact list. Limits you to a measly 10 names per category, so you have to keep inventing new category names to hold everybody.
3. Alarm clock. Cumbersome, to say the least, but also fails to capture your settings often enough, so you wake up late.
4. Ring tone availability. Accommodates a very narrow range of sound types, so none of my grade ringers from my last LG phone was available. Almost all available ringers are $2 for some reason.
5. Sound quality. The worst I've ever known. Downloaded ring tones sound terrible in this phone's cheap speakers.
6. Volume control. Downloaded ring tones barely seem to react to loudness settings, so downloaded ring tones are always too loud. Only the stock tones respond properly.
7. Design. Nice and smooth. Slips out of your hand like a smooth stone so you can drop it and watch it break. Be *very* careful with this so you don't lose it if, like me, you're stuck with it for a full contract period.
8. Rating. Tried to give a zero rating, but mysteriously such a number is not available on this website. -
"Nice phone, great features." on by jackreview
Pros: Cool look. Attractive.
Cons: No video feature and bad sound quality.
Summary: I think it could've be a great phone if they paid a little attention to the sound quality. But I'll keep it for a while.

"Good for the Price" on by mcnerd
Pros: Great starter phone
Cons: No software for PC connect
Summary: I haven't experienced the negatives reported by others. So far its been a great phone with all the options and its charges fully in less than a couple hours. I use a Bluetooth earpiece and use the voice commands. Love it. Just disappointed that no software exists to link to my PC, especially for pics and ringtones insteading of having to pay.
