"good phone, but needs work"
Pros: AIM, Email, battery life
Cons: External screen, service
Summary: I have gotten about seven virgin mobile phones in the past year. I got a snapper, an oyster, and one other type that I don't even remember. I had to take back the oyster several times because either the speaker wasn't working or the battery wouldn't last for more than 6 hours when I wasn't even using the phone. My snapper recently died and I was really nervous to buy yet another Virgin Mobile phone. I saw the cyclops and was skeptical as to whether or not I should buy it. I had so many problems with the kyocera oystr. But I bought the phone and it works really nicely. I have service in places I never really did before, the only problem is that I never got more than two bars. Other than that it's a really good phone

I have to agree with you. ive had 5 phones...the old nokia,TNT,marbl, superslice, & cyclops. The only 2 I liked was this one & the superslice...my cyclops got stolen & i dropped my slice in the toilet lol. TNT broke in half...marbl has a serious annoying delay on it.
