The Bottom Line Though it lacks a lot of bells and whistles, the SoHo is a sturdy, compact handset that should satisfy anyone looking for a basic phone. The Samsung SGH-G800 does a lot of things right, but a few underwhelming features left us wanting more. Despite some minor complaints, the Motorola Razr V3x is top of the line for the Razr family. It's just too bad it isn't for use in the United States. You won't mistake it for a smartphone, but the Samsung Soul is nonetheless an attractive and well-designed multimedia phone. The Nokia 7390 is a lovely cell phone with a generous feature set and solid performance. It's not optimized for U.S. cellular networks, but it's impressive just the same.
