"SOooo Disappointed !!"
Pros: Sometimes it works
Cons: Almost everything. Dont bother
Summary: I read the reviews, all of which were overwhelmingly favorable. Our experience was not. My wife?s first phone wouldn?t take the programming at the store so she was instructed to return the next day after waiting 45 minutes to get the number programmed. The next day she was informed the phone was defective and they gave her a replacement. A day later we couldn?t get the phone to work and neither could the tech team at Circuit city. They gave her a third phone.
Since then both of our phones have a glitch where when you plug in your charger. Sometimes you can turn the phone back on via the red key but way too many times you are forced to remove the battery, wait a while and reinsert the battery, in order to get the phone operational. Otherwise you face a black screen. Some times the buttons just don?t respond at all regardless. Seems like a computer glitch. We bought these when we were renewing our contract. Now we are forced to purchase new phones without the benefit of rebates and upgrade deals. Do not Purchase this phone until the next generation.
