Pros Mobile web, qwerty keyboard, decent pictures.
Cons Awful battery life, letters are rubbing off, poor call sound quality, slow.
Summary I bought this phone, nine months ago, and in that short period of time it has become a waist of money. The battery hardly lasts a day of moderate use. After three months of having the phone the letters have begun to rub off the keys. The mobile web is kind of useless aside from checking facebook. The phone has a very slow OS and it sounds like you are talking into a tin can if you have anything less than a perfect signal.

Pros battery life
Cons takes forever for the phone to respond, RANDOMLY TEXTS PEOPLE that you dont know, cant hear the ringtones.
Summary This is the crappiest phone I have ever gotten. The phone randomly texts people without your knowledge or authorization to different people in your area code and even outside the area code of where the phone was activated at. When you turn off the phone for the night to charge, the next morning you turn on the phone it just sends out messages! I have so many problems with this phone and Virgin Mobile wont even help you! Trust me save your money on this phone!
Pros I honestly cannot think of anything good about this phone that you cannot get with any other phone.
Cons Okay, where to start... It freezes a lot. It takes too long for the buttons to respond. The clock doesn't show up if you don't get service. I have to press buttons 2, sometimes even 3 times for it to respond. Sometimes if you get more than one message at
Summary At first I thought it was just mine, but I have three friends who had the same one that experienced the same problems. It's just a bad phone and I don't recommend buying it.
